Lanarkshire Care Partners (LCP) provides personal and social care services. Our main aim is to support the needs of the individual (service user) and help them to enjoy a more independent life in their home and in their community.

We are a family run business, with a highly motivated and skilled group of staff, who are trained to support a wide range of needs. These include, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, dementia, autism, epilepsy, challenging behaviour and individuals with mental health issues.

Lanarkshire Care Partners was founded on two main principles: flexibility and personalisation. We put the service user at the heart of every decision we make, to provide a tailor-made support plan that’s suited to the specific needs of all our service users.
